Marcos Ripoll, Founder & CEO
Marcos holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He has more than 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. He previously served as Vice President of Operations for SolarCity/Tesla Mexico and is the co-founder of suports.es. He also holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Business Management.
Meritxell Ramia, Founder & CFO
Meritxell holds a degree in Chemistry and has a strong background in administrative management and business operations. For more than 10 years, she has served as Director of Administration at Solar180, where she has contributed to the company’s growth and consolidation through the efficient management of internal, financial, and operational processes. Her profile combines technical expertise, organizational excellence, and extensive experience in the renewable energy sector.
Heinrich Terborg, PhD & CTO
Heinrich holds a Ph.D. in Physics (Complex Systems) from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He has more than 15 years of experience leading research and development projects in the fields of the Internet of Things (IoT) and data science. He currently serves as CEO and CTO of Marein, a company focused on data-driven solutions for renewable energy projects.
Claudia Rachadell, CLO
Claudia holds a law degree from Andrés Bello Catholic University (Venezuela) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law. She is qualified to practice law in both Mexico and the State of New York. She also completed the Women on Boards executive program at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Claudia has more than 25 years of experience in the legal structuring, development, and financing of energy projects.
In addition to serving as Partner and Chief Legal Officer at Solar180, she is the Executive President of Marein.
Galo García,
Board Member
Galo is a Chemical Engineer with 40 years of experience in energy infrastructure, operations, and logistics. As CEO of Noble Energy Mexico, he has led large-scale energy distribution operations with a strong focus on safety, traceability, and supply continuity, as well as the execution of complex infrastructure and energy projects. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
